Manisha Patel

Manisha Patel is the VP of Finance at Porch. Manisha has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting and has been with Porch for just over a year. Prior to joining Porch, Manisha spent 10 years at APR Energy as the VP of Finance and MA Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and leadership for the company by working with the executive management team and board of directors. Additionally, they supported the M&A and strategy department with various strategic investments and related impact to the overall business.

Manisha began their career at KPMG LLP as an Audit Manager in the Real Estate and Financial Services practice. Manisha spent six years at KPMG before moving to APR Energy.

Manisha has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Manisha Patel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. Manisha also has certification from the Real Sense Organization as a Real Sense- Smart Money Trainer and certification from the California Board of Accountancy as a CPA.

They work with Joshua Steffan - VP & Group GM, Inspection & Real Estate, Janet Zimmermann - VP, People, and Adam Kornick - President, InsurTech Division. Manisha Patel reports to Matt Ehrlichman, CEO, Chairman & Founder.
