Michelle Brashears has a strong background in accounting and financial reporting. Michelle'smost recent role was as the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Porch Group, where they started in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Reporting & Technical Accounting at Crown Laboratories, Inc. from April 2022 to May 2023.

Michelle Brashears obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business in 1994. Michelle then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Wake Forest University School of Business from 1994 to 1996. Michelle later earned a Certified Public Accountant credential from the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy in 1997. In 2011, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Furthermore, they obtained a Certified ProAdvisor certification from 1-844-414-4868 Intuit QuickBooks Support Number in 2015.
