Paul Dillon has a diverse range of work experience. Paul served as the Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Porch from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member at BloomReach starting in 2010. From 2012 to 2014, they were the CEO of Chefwear, a leading brand in culinary apparel. Paul also worked as a Principal at Paul Dillon Consulting, where they developed ecommerce strategies and digital marketing plans for various clients from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they held the position of Division Vice President, Online Marketing at Sears from 2008 to 2010. Paul spent a significant part of their career at Microsoft, where they held various roles including Director of Product Management, Product Unit Manager, and Director of Business Development from 1997 to 2008. Paul started their career as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young and worked there from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, Paul was the President and a Board Member at Rodman and Renshaw, Inc from 1989 to 1996, where they were responsible for the futures trading and investment advisory subsidiaries.
Paul Dillon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Paul also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Policy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
