Pierre-Yves Gandon

Pierre-Yves GANDON is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in composite development and project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Composite Development Manager at Porcher Industries since March 2014, Pierre-Yves oversees the development of thermoplastic composite products and provides technical support to aerospace customers. Prior to this, Pierre-Yves worked at Volvo Trucks as Engineering Task Leader, managing aerodynamic deflector functions and supplier development while coordinating a team in Bangalore. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at DUQUEINE Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management from tender to delivery of thermoset composite parts, customer communication, design monitoring, and manufacturing oversight.
