Bassem Salloum

Bassem Salloum has a diverse work experience. Bassem began their career as a Web Application Developer in 2013 while self-employed. In 2014, they joined BFS BENEFITS as a Software Engineer. In 2018, they became Partner and Head of Engineering at mespoke, a company that empowers people to create their own, personalized commercial marketplaces. That same year, they also joined Orb Reality as Chief Technology Officer. In 2019, they founded Reinbow and became Executive Board Member at Soul Journey Non Profit. In 2020, they were appointed Director of Engineering at Porchlight and in 2021, they became a GW Alumni. In 2019, they also joined AET System, Inc. as Software Developer and IT Project Manager.

Bassem Salloum completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The George Washington University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College from 2015 to 2018.
