Aflal Rahmathullah

Aflal Rahmathullah is a highly experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Porex since September 2023. Prior to this role, Aflal held various leadership positions at Donaldson from November 2012 to October 2023, including Global Engineering Director for both Consumables and Venting Solutions. Aflal's responsibilities encompassed product and technology development in the Life Sciences sector, focusing on applications such as bioprocessing and medical devices, as well as overseeing global engineering teams for venting solutions. Aflal's career began as a Senior Materials Scientist at American Air Filter International, with a focus on air filtration product development. Aflal holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and is pursuing an MBA at the UMN Carlson School of Management. Additionally, Aflal has completed executive education programs in Global Leadership Development at Carlson Executive Education.
