Jazmen Gary

Jazmen Gary has a diverse work experience in the field of textiles and engineering. Jazmen is currently working as a Product Development Engineer at Porex. Prior to this, they served as a Teaching Assistant at NC State Wilson College of Textiles, where they successfully managed classroom instruction and prepared quizzes and exam papers for students. Jazmen also worked as a Research Assistant at Textile Protection and Comfort Center, where they collaborated with NIOSH on a literature review project. Earlier in their career, Jazmen was a Research Assistant at NC State Wilson College of Textiles, supporting graduate students in the Biomedical Textiles Group. Jazmen also has experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Funxion Wear Inc., where they assisted in the assembly of products and curated stock solutions.

Jazmen Gary completed their Master of Science in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2020 and 2021. Prior to that, they attained their Bachelor's of Science in Textile Technology from the same institution between 2016 and 2020. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained the certification "Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success" from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in May 2023.
