Paul Leese

Paul Leese has over four decades of engineering experience, primarily in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Addo Food Group since 2005, Paul has held multiple senior engineering roles at Northern Foods, including Chief Engineer positions at both Eden Vale Minsterley and Park Cakes, contributing to operational advancements from 1994 to 2005. Paul's career began at RHM Mr Kipling, where various roles including Project Engineer and NPD Engineering Manager were undertaken from 1976 to 1991, laying a strong foundation in engineering and management.
