Appu M S is a highly experienced Tunnel Construction Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, holding multiple qualifications including PMP®, GMICE, MIE, and CEng (I). Currently employed at PORR QATAR CONSTRUCTION since November 2018, Appu specializes in technical document preparations and has been instrumental in the construction of significant tunneling projects, such as a 10.2 km tunnel for the Masaimeer Pumping Station. Previous roles include key positions at Bouygues Travaux Publics, PORR AG, OJSC Mosmetrostroy, and ALPINE MAYREDER - SAMSUNG - HCC JV, with responsibilities ranging from site management to TBM assembly and commissioning. Appu’s educational credentials include a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from SDM College of Engineering and Technology, complemented by a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt Polytechnic Bijapur.
