Thomas Janisch

Thomas Janisch currently serves as the Head of Operational IT at PORR Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Head of BPM/PM (IT) at SIGNA Informationstechnologie GmbH from April 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included project management development, ITIL implementation, and business process management leadership. Thomas's experience also includes senior program management at ÖBB-Business Competence Center GmbH, leading a cloud automation project, and extensive roles at ÖBB and Bundesrechenzentrum GmbH, including senior positions in IT infrastructure and service management. Thomas began the career in IT consulting and strategy development at Siemens Business Services GmbH and held a management position in IT services at Integrated Systems 4 e-Business GmbH. Academic qualifications include a Dipl.-Ing. from Technische Universität Wien in electrical engineering and industrial electronics, alongside an MBA from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
