James Grant

James Grant is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in Porsche and Audi technical support and repair. Since March 2005, James has served as Senior Technical Support Specialist at Porsche Cars of North America, where responsibilities include providing technical support to 214 dealers, maintaining technical literature, and facilitating bi-weekly meetings with engineering teams. Prior to this role, James held the position of Team Leader at Morrison Auto Group from February 1986 to March 2005, overseeing quality control and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
