Jessica Mason

Jessica Mason currently serves as the Information Technology Manager at Porsche Consulting since January 2020, overseeing the IT landscape across North America and collaborating with central IT departments in Germany. With a career at Porsche Cars North America since March 2014, Jessica has progressed from Senior Client Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included guiding the Client Services team and developing KPI monitoring for service agreements, to a Level III Kaseya/Helpdesk Administrator focused on technical expertise for IT projects. Prior experience includes roles as Systems Administrator at IT Services LLC, Jr. Systems Administrator at Ridgefield Public Schools, IT Coordinator at ZS Capital, and Helpdesk Support/Field Technician at Integrated Solutions. Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from CT State Norwalk.
