Todd Groghan

Todd Groghan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in emissions compliance and regulatory affairs within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Engineer at Porsche Cars North America since May 2023, Todd has previously held prominent roles at Volkswagen of America, Inc. as Lead Senior Emissions Certification Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing emissions certification processes. Todd's career also includes positions at General Motors, FCA US LLC, Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, and the US Department of Transportation, where a range of engineering expertise encompassing emissions compliance, vehicle safety, and powertrain testing has been demonstrated. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an Associate's Degree in General Engineering from Prince George's Community College.
