Gunther Tantner

Gunther Tantner has a wealth of experience in various leadership positions within the IT industry. Gunther is currently serving as the Head of IT / CIO at Porsche Consulting since February 2021. Prior to this, Gunther worked at Bosch as the Director of Project Management from September 2018 to January 2021. From March 2015 to August 2018, they held the role of Director IT / CIO at Leuze. Gunther also served as the Head of Enterprise Applications & Member of AKKA IT Executive Committee at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA from October 2012 to February 2015. Gunther was the Head of SAP Competence Center at Schindler Group from June 2011 to September 2012. Gunther Tantner's earlier experience includes roles such as Director Operations US, Associated Partner, Geschäftsleitung and Associated Partner & Geschäftsleitung - Application Management at MHP – A Porsche Company from January 2009 to May 2011 and from May 2001 to July 2010, respectively. Before that, they worked as an SAP Program Manager at debis Systemhaus from October 1996 to April 2001.

Gunther Tantner earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Dipl.-Verw. wiss. from the University of Konstanz, specializing in Informationsmanagement, from 1991 to 1996.
