Sami Tanios

Sami Tanios has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Manager of Quality Engineering at Porsche AG since February 2016, with previous roles including Quality Engineer and Process Planning in the Body Shop. Prior experience includes a project manager role at AUDI AG, where responsibilities encompassed managing projects in the Toolmaking Division and overseeing a diverse team. Sami also held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at AUDI AG, focusing on developing tools for car body manufacturing and optimizing components through Finite Element Analysis. Sami's career began with various internships and assistant positions, including a student research assistant at the German Aerospace Center and a course leader for CAD training at the University of Stuttgart, where Sami earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Eng.) in Vehicle and Engine Technology.
