Wolfgang Porsche

Wolfgang Porsche is the current Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Porsche. Wolfgang has also previously served as the General Manager Group Sales at Volkswagen Group Singapore from October 2017 to February 2021, and as the Brand President BMW at Porsche Automotive Investment GmbH, China Branches from August 2013 to September 2017.

Born into the Porsche family, Wolfgang has always been passionate about cars and the automotive industry. Wolfgang began their career working in various sales and marketing positions at Porsche before eventually moving into leadership roles.

Under their guidance, both Volkswagen Group Singapore and Porsche Automotive Investment GmbH, China Branches have seen significant growth and success. Wolfgang is widely respected within the industry for their keen business acumen and strategic vision.

Wolfgang is a strong advocate for sustainable mobility and believes that electrification is key to the future of the automotive industry. Wolfgang is dedicated to ensuring that Porsche remains at the forefront of innovation and continues to produce some of the world’s finest automobiles.

Wolfgang Porsche has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University - Newark and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sinology (Chinese Studies) from the University of Vienna. Wolfgang also studied at the Mandarin Training Center (Intensive Chinese Language studies for foreign students in Taiwan) at the National Taiwan Normal University.
