César Julián Delgado

César Julián Delgado is currently a 4th Grade Social Studies Teacher at Port Arthur Independent School District, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, César served as a CBT Proctor at the Industrial Safety Training Council from May 2022 to July 2023. César's experience includes a tenure as a Student Worker at Lamar University from August 2018 to May 2022 and as an Administrative Assistant at The Ferguson Law Firm from August 2015 to February 2018. César holds a Bachelor's degree in English & Modern Languages from Lamar University, completed in May 2022, and previously attended Lamar State College-Port Arthur, where general studies were pursued from 2013 to 2015.
