Duncan Kisia

Duncan Kisia currently serves as the Deputy Director & Chief Economist in the Planning & Regional Development department at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, a position held since January 2019, following prior roles as Assistant Director & Chief Economist and Assistant Director in the same department. With extensive experience in economic planning, Duncan Kisia previously worked as a Manager in Economics and Planning at Louis Berger from October 2007 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading the development of analytical frameworks for critical decision-making and enhancing market research capabilities.
