Jeffrey A. Watkins is a professional with extensive experience in security technology and program management. Since September 2015, Jeffrey has been serving as the Manager of Security Technology & Programs at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, while also acting as the Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act application preparation and review. Previous roles include Senior Information Security Analyst and Staff Auditor, where responsibilities involved audit planning and evaluating internal controls. Jeffrey has held positions as an Investigator in the Cyber Fraud Unit at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, where significant cases were developed and state statutes enforced. Earlier work includes serving as a Court Clerk and Merchandiser, showcasing a diverse skill set across different sectors. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from The College of New Jersey.
