Louis Molinaro

Louis Molinaro is an experienced professional in law enforcement, security, and education. Currently retired, Louis teaches Defensive Driving classes part-time for Dutchess BOCES and serves as a Law Enforcement & Security Teacher for 11th-grade students aspiring to careers in Law Enforcement, Military Police, or Security. Louis's extensive background includes responsibilities as General Manager of Operational Services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, overseeing maintenance for critical infrastructure. Prior roles include Managing Director at NYSE Euronext-SIAC, where Louis led a security team protecting vital data processing facilities, and as a pivotal figure in the design and implementation of security programs for the New York Stock Exchange and its affiliated markets. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY), alongside an Associate's degree in Police Science.
