Victoria Dolichni

Victoria Dolichni, MPA, has extensive experience in business management and human resources, currently serving as Executive Business Manager at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey since April 2019. Previously, Victoria held various roles including Principal Business Manager and Staff Business Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions such as HR Manager at the Governor's Office of Storm Recovery and Human Resources Recruiter at the NYS Executive Chamber under Governors Andrew M. Cuomo and David A. Paterson. Victoria's academic background includes two Master's degrees in Public Administration—one focused on Management from New York University and the other on Human Resources Management from John Jay College—along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.
