Nguyen Thanh Tam is currently the Head of Delivery for the East Asia Region at Port Cities. Prior to this role, Nguyen was a Senior Project Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited. Nguyen holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University. At Port Cities, Nguyen is responsible for staff-matching, reporting, advising project managers on best practices, auditing project manager's work, participating in assessment committees, mentoring and coaching project managers, and managing the team to deliver projects in Vietnam and Japan. Additionally, Nguyen is partially responsible for account management and pre-sales activities.
