Dinusha Udayanga Perera

Dinusha Udayanga Perera is a Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across various high-profile projects. Currently employed at Port City Colombo since November 2021, Dinusha previously worked at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. on the Cinnamon Life Project, a luxury mixed-use development. Previous roles include experience at AKTOR SA with a focus on mixed-use developments, and involvement in significant infrastructure projects with China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd., supported by JICA funding. Dinusha has also contributed to projects under UN agencies at Premium International (Pvt) Ltd. and has honed skills in project estimating and cost control at DBL Homes (PVT) Ltd. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from the University of Moratuwa, a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration from the Institute for the Development of Commercial Law and Practice in Sri Lanka.
