Carla Taylor-Bennett

Carla Taylor-Bennett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management and grants administration. Currently serving as the Emergency Management Section Manager for Broward County Government since May 2018, Carla previously held the position of Grants Division Manager at the Broward Sheriff's Office from January 2012 to May 2018, where responsibilities included the programmatic and fiscal management of over 125 grants, totaling $60 million. Carla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Florida A&M University, earned in August 1989.
