Freddy Ulloa, EFP, has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Superintendent for Broward County since 2011. Prior to this role, Freddy held the position of Associate Vice President of Business Services and Facilities Management at Barry University from 1977 to 2010, where responsibilities included the strategic management of over 1,035,000 square feet of university facilities and oversight of new construction and renovation services. Freddy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Barry University between 1981 and 1984 and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the same institution from 1977 to 1981, complemented by foundational education at Sts. Peter and Paul High School from 1973 to 1977.
