Greg Whitaker

Greg Whitaker is an experienced environmental specialist currently employed by Broward County Government since July 2014, where responsibilities include project management, consultant coordination, and conducting environmental compliance inspections within the Environmental Permitting Division. Prior roles encompass program and project coordination in the Department of Environmental Protection, focusing on construction development reviews, as well as prior positions as a natural resource specialist and project geologist across various organizations, addressing environmental issues such as hazardous material management and petroleum contamination. Greg Whitaker holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Eastern Kentucky University.
