Jenna Diplacido

Jenna DiPlacido, MPA, CPE, LSSBB, serves as the Regional E911 Communications Manager for Broward County Government since January 2015, focusing on operational and technological research to support the county's Regional 911 Communications Centers, which handle 2.5 million calls annually. Prior to this role, Jenna held various positions at the City of Plantation from March 2003 to January 2015, including Public Safety Communications Manager, overseeing 911 and Dispatch operations, and Communications Supervisor. Jenna's qualifications include being an APCO Local Agency Instructor, CALEA Accreditation Manager, FDLE Terminal Agency Coordinator, and a lead instructor for the 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Training Program. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in Emergency Services Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Broward College.
