Lisa Ryan-Swartz

Lisa Ryan-Swartz is an experienced fiscal manager and accounting professional with a diverse background in managing financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Fiscal Manager and Senior Accountant for Broward County Government since July 2022, Lisa previously held positions as Accounting Supervisor at Health Genesis Corp, overseeing automated consolidation systems, and as Manager of Billing Compliance and Accounts Receivable at Envision Physician Services, where responsibilities included managing compliance activities and supervising large teams. Earlier roles included Financial Analyst at Brightstar Corp. and Account Manager at Krupnick Campbell Malone, where financial management and payroll oversight were key duties. Lisa has also served in the U.S. Navy and holds an Associate of Arts in Accounting from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
