Soraya Diamond has extensive experience in information systems management, having served in various roles at Broward County Government since 2012, including Information System Manager, Information Systems Supervisor, Senior Systems Network Analyst, and 911 Communications Coordinator. Prior to this, Soraya was Communications Technology Project Coordinator at Broward Sheriff's Office from 2004 to 2012 and held the position of Special Projects Coordinator I at Broward County Government from 2002 to 2004. Soraya's earlier career includes a Vice President role at Keenan Window and Screen and a Systems Aide position at Broward County Government. Educationally, Soraya earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science-Business from Broward College and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, in addition to an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Broward College. Soraya completed secondary education at Fort Lauderdale High School.
