Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams has a diverse work experience. Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams currently serves as the Director of Broward County's Department of Human Services, where they are responsible for enhancing the quality of life for Broward County residents through innovative and integrated health and human services programs. Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams M.S., CPC, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse education history. Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams obtained their M.S. in Psychology from La Crosse University between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Clinical Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994. Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams also pursued theological studies, completing an MDiv. in Divinity at Oral Roberts University from 1995 to 1997. In terms of professional certifications, Tara has a certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University in 2013. Tara Nicole (Gaudin) Williams also holds various certifications, including being an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and a SHRM-CP from SHRM Certification.
