Tammy Peres Keinan

Tammy Peres Keinan serves as the VP of HR at Port.io since October 2025, leading the HR function and being part of the executive leadership team. Previously, Tammy held the role of VP of HR at Similarweb, overseeing HR for four global business divisions, and directed Human Resources at Amdocs, implementing HR strategies for units with thousands of employees across multiple countries. Prior experience includes roles at Nova Measuring Instruments in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, and various HR and recruitment positions at HOT, Niram Gitan Group, and Bar Ilan University. Tammy holds an MBA in Business and Organizational Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
