Pam Milne has extensive experience in venue and operations management, currently serving as the Glasshouse Venue Manager at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council since December 2009. Previously held roles within the same organization include Front of House Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager for the Glasshouse. Pam's career began at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council in May 2004 as Supervisor of the Visitor Information Centre and later as Senior Public Relations Assistant in the same center. Prior to this, Pam worked at Marriott International from July 1991 to December 2003 in various capacities, including General Manager and Operations Manager. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Strathclyde, acquired between 1984 and 1988.
