Lennart Pompe

Lennart Pompe is an experienced Project Manager at the Port of Amsterdam, focusing on spatial planning, environmental issues, and stakeholder management since September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Omgevingsmanager at Vitens, where representation of drinking water interests and groundwater protection were prioritized from September 2014 to September 2020. Lennart Pompe also contributed as a Trainee in Asset Management during this time and acted as a Short Term Expert for Vitens-Evides International B.V., working on project management for the Metro Cebu Water District partnership. Early career experiences include an internship at ARCADIS, a field researcher role at the Bangladesh Centre for Advanced Studies, and participation in a summer course with Climate-KIC. Lennart Pompe holds a Master of Science in Climate Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wageningen University & Research.
