Patricia Haks

Patricia Haks is an experienced program and project manager at the Port of Amsterdam, where work has been focused on large and strategic initiatives since February 1999. Previously, Patricia held various roles, including Project Manager, Director General Affairs, and Legal staff member at the harbor master's office. Prior to the Port of Amsterdam, Patricia served as Legal Counsel at Arag Rechtsbijstand from 1996 to 1999 and as a Legal Advisor at Dienst Binnenwaterbeheer Amsterdam from 1994 to 1996. Patricia holds a degree in Law, with a focus on Criminal Law, from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, earned between 1988 and 1994, and completed secondary education at Geert Grote College Deventer from 1980 to 1986.
