Robert Spicer

Robert Spicer is an experienced Hydrographic Master at the Port of London Authority since September 2003, also serving as a CAA Approved Commercial UAS Operative GVC, responsible for planning, acquisition, and processing of UAS system data while ensuring compliance with CAA regulations. Prior to this role, Robert Spicer worked for the British Transport Police as a General Purpose Coxswain and General Purpose Deckhand from June 2001 to December 2003, and served in the Royal Navy from 1995 to August 2000 as an OM1(UW), specializing in underwater warfare operations, sonar, weapon systems, and various seamanship skills.
