Cesar Larios

Cesar Larios, MBA, PE, CCM, serves as the Deputy Chief Harbor Engineer in the Construction Management Division at the Port of Long Beach since September 2006. Prior to this role, Cesar worked as an Engineer/Estimator at Traylor Bros., Inc. from August 1998 to August 2006, specializing in heavy civil and marine construction projects, including bridges, dams, and ports. Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and has obtained multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from California State University, Long Beach.
