Port of Long Beach
Mark Erickson is an accomplished engineering professional with significant experience in port and maritime infrastructure. Since November 2015, Mark has served as the Deputy Chief Harbor Engineer at the Port of Long Beach, overseeing a team of eleven program managers on various capital projects, including transportation and zero-emission vehicle infrastructure. Prior to this role, Mark worked at the Port of Oakland from November 2002 to July 2015, initially as a Civil Engineer and later as a Senior Maritime Projects Administrator, where Mark managed projects within the Maritime Division. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2002.
