Port of Los Angeles
Lisa Cloud Ochsner is an experienced Marine Environmental Manager at the Port of Los Angeles, a position held since March 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing and managing environmental documents and special studies for port development projects. Previous roles at the Port included Marine Environmental Supervisor and Environmental Specialist, focusing on CEQA/NEPA documentation. Prior to the Port, Lisa served as an Environmental Supervisor and Specialist for the City of Los Angeles' Department of Public Works, managing CEQA/NEPA documentation for capital improvement and transportation projects, including significant projects such as the New Police Headquarters EIR. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 1997.
