Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright is an experienced infrastructure delivery professional with a strong background in major projects and urban transport systems. Currently serving as Head of Infrastructure Delivery - Major Projects at the Port of Melbourne since March 2023, Andrew previously held the position of City Streets Programme Manager at Let's Get Wellington Moving, where leadership was provided to a team of eight and over 40 consultants on a $350 million project aimed at enhancing Wellington's transport infrastructure. Andrew's experience also includes roles as Terminals Programme Manager at KiwiRail, focusing on the redevelopment of ferry terminals, Senior Consultant at Aurecon, where business cases for transport infrastructure were developed, and Infrastructure Delivery Manager and Project Engineer at CentrePort, managing marine and civil projects. Andrew holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
