Caralene Moloney

Caralene Moloney serves as the Stakeholder and Community Lead at the Port of Melbourne since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in community engagement and policy development. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Community and Partner Engagement and Acting Director of Workplace Reform at Ambulance Victoria, as well as Policy and Strategy Manager at the Office of the Fire Services Implementation Monitor. Caralene has also held managerial positions in pandemic planning at the City of Whittlesea, business management at the Institute for Human Security and Social Change, and research administration at La Trobe Law School. Career beginnings included roles as Senior Performance Analyst at the Office of the Auditor General for Western Australia and Senior Policy and Project Officer at Corrections Victoria. Caralene's educational background comprises a Postgraduate Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from RMIT University.
