Dion Bailey

Dion Bailey, C.M., ACE, currently serves in multiple leadership roles including Chair of the Hercules Traffic and Public Safety Subcommittee, Chair of the Economic Development Subcommittee, City Council Member, and Mayor for the City of Hercules since December 2018. Additionally, Dion Bailey is an Executive Board Member and Chair of the Board of Directors for the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority (WestCAT), and has been with the Port of Oakland as an Airport Duty Manager since May 2004. Previous experience includes serving as a Hercules Planning Commissioner and roles at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Civil Aviation Security Inspector and at San Francisco International Airport as an Airfield Safety Officer. Dion Bailey holds a Master of Business Administration from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
