Jonathan Veach

Jonathan Veach has a diverse background in real estate and finance. Jonathan is currently serving as the Chief Real Estate Officer at the Port of Oakland where they oversee the management and development of the port's real estate portfolio. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in housing finance and construction lending. Jonathan also served as the Housing and Real Estate Manager at the City of Santa Clara and as a Senior Development Manager at Monadnock Development LLC. Jonathan has experience in both the public and private sectors, including roles at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, Urbane Development, Evolution Financial Group, and Credit Suisse.

Jonathan Veach completed their undergraduate education at Princeton University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree in Business and Economics. Jonathan then pursued further education at Columbia University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Public Administration.
