Liz Mitchell, BRMP, has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and business consulting. Liz began their career at the Port of Portland in 2021 as an Information Technology Business Relationship Manager. Prior to this role, Liz worked at the City of Portland for almost two decades, holding various positions including Technology Business Consultant, Innovation Program Manager, Interim Customer Relations Manager, Communications and Operations Lead, Change Management Captain, and Management Analyst. Liz'stenure at the City of Portland lasted from 2003 to 2021, showcasing their dedication and expertise in the field.

Liz Mitchell, BRMP, has a diverse education history. Liz began their academic journey at the University of Idaho from 1987 to 1992, where they earned both a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. Following this, they attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1992 to 1993, where they pursued Speech-Language Pathology. Liz furthered their education at Lewis & Clark Law School from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In addition to their extensive educational background, Liz has also obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute.
