Charli Sand, PMP, CSM has over 10 years of experience in project management. Charli currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at the Port of Portland, where they manage various complex projects including the implementation of Business Intelligence technology and the upgrading of the baggage handling system. Additionally, they co-lead the Resource Management effort for the IT department. Prior to this, Charli worked at Hawaiian Telcom as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple enterprise-wide programs and projects simultaneously.
