David Breen

David Breen has extensive work experience in environmental management and air quality. David began their career in 2005 as an Air Quality Manager and Environmental Project Manager at the Port of Portland, where they worked until 2012. David then became the Senior Manager of Air Quality, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Manager of Air Quality, Energy, and Aviation Noise. Since May 2022, they have been working as a Senior Manager of Environmental Mixed Media at the Port of Portland. In addition, David Breen has held leadership positions at ACI Airport Council International, including serving as the Air Quality Working Group Chair from 2020 to 2021 and currently acting as the U.S. Caucus Vice Chair.

David Breen holds a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Louisiana Monroe. David also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
