Dorothy Clingman

Dorothy Clingman has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dorothy started their career at Meijer in 1990, working in Administrative Services for five years. In 1995, they joined BlowOut Entertainment, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they successfully managed HR functions for four years. Dorothy then joined Nike in 1999 and served as the Director of Employee Relations - US Region for nearly a decade, showcasing their expertise in employee relations. In 2008, they became an Independent Consultant, providing their HR expertise to a wide range of organizations until 2011. Currently, Dorothy is employed at the Port of Portland since 2011, initially as a Human Resources Business Partner. Dorothy later assumed the role of Culture & Diversity Manager in 2016, further enhancing their skills in these areas. Dorothy's work experience reflects their extensive knowledge and proficiency in human resources management.

Dorothy Clingman completed their education between 1968 and 1974 at Aquinas College - Grand Rapids. During this time, they attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science.
