Frank Schmidt

Frank Schmidt began their work experience in 1990 as an Engineering Geologist at Northwest Geotech, Inc / Northwest Testing, Inc. Frank then moved on to work as a Construction Inspector at CMI from 1993 to 1997. Finally, they joined Port of Portland in 1997 and held the position of Construction Contract Manager/Construction Inspector.

Frank Schmidt attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
