Gene Tupper, PE, GE, PMP has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Gene currently holds the position of Project Manager 1, Engineering Design at Port of Portland, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GRI, where they served as the Business Development Lead from November 2021 to August 2022 and as an Associate | Marketing Director from July 2018 to November 2021. Before joining GRI, Gene worked at GRI - Geotechnical · Pavement · Geological · Environmental for almost a decade, from September 2009 to 2018, in the role of Business Development / Senior Geotechnical Engineer.
