Gretchen Harold

Gretchen Harold has over 25 years of experience in procurement and contract management. Current position as Supervisor of Contracts and Procurement at Port of Portland has been held since April 2005. Prior experience includes serving as a Buyer at Portland Public Schools from March 1997 to March 2006 and as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Tektronix from September 1983 to May 1994. Gretchen Harold earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University, completing the degree in 2010.
