Pamela K. Baula

Pamela K. Baula has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Pamela K. is currently working at the Port of Portland as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Moda Health from January 2016 to March 2022, where they held several positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, DEI; HR Business Partner, DEI; HR Lead Trainer; Human Resources Generalist; and Human Resources Assistant. Before joining Moda Health, they worked at Banana Republic as a Customer Experience Supervisor from February 2014 to August 2016, and as a Sales Lead from July 2009 to March 2014. Additionally, they served as a Laboratory Manager at Lewis and Clark College from July 2009 to May 2010, and as an Executive Assistant at the Arts Council of Kern County from June 2003 to June 2005.

Pamela K. Baula completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University, graduating in 2009. Pamela K. returned to Gonzaga University at some point afterwards, pursuing another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In addition, they recently completed a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate program at Cornell University, which they finished in 2021.
